Who can register for free classes from Oregon Care Partners?
Anyone living or working in Oregon can Create an Account and register for Oregon Care Partners’ in-person and online classes. Trainings have been designed specifically to support family caregivers and care professionals who provide care, services, support, and resources to older adults through state, local and private long-term care and health systems including first responders.

How do I create an account?
Before you can register for free classes from Oregon Care Partners, you must first Create an Account.
To create an account, follow these simple steps:
- Complete the Create an Account form and select “Next”
- Choose the Caregiver Type that best describes your primary role as a caregiver
- Check the boxes at the bottom of the page to confirm you live or work in Oregon and agree to our Policies and Terms of Use, click “Create Account”
- Go to your email inbox to find the account verification email
- Click “Verify Email Address” to verify your email address and activate your account
- Login with your email address and password at OregonCarePartners.com
If you cannot locate your verification email, please check your junk mail and spam folders and add info@oregoncarepartners.com to your contact list. If your internet browser window is still open where you completed the Create an Account form, you can also select “Resend Email”.

How do I register for classes if I do not have an email address?
To register for an in-person class or event without an email address, please call our Support Team toll free at 1- 800-930-6851. Walk-ins are also welcome! Walk-ins will be asked to complete a short registration form upon arrival to the class.
Online classes and webinars require an email address to register.
How do I register multiple people for a class?

To register for online classes, each person must create their own account on OregonCarePartners.com. Sharing accounts is prohibited by our Terms of Use.

How do I earn Continuing Education Unit Credits (CEUs)?
Online classes
Participants must complete an online class with a passing score of 80% or higher.
In-Person classes, Events, and Webinars
Participants must arrive at the posted start time and stay for the entire duration of the class, event, or webinar to receive CEUs.

Oregon Care Partners is an automatically approved sponsor for Assisted Living and endorsed Memory Care administrator and Adult Foster Home Aging and People with Disabilities, Adult Mental Health, and Developmental Disability provider credits by the Oregon Department of Human Services, Safety, Oversight, and Quality Unit.
Oregon Care Partners trainings are approved for Residential Care and Nursing Home administrator credits in accordance with the Oregon Health Licensing rule Chapter 853, Division 50, CEU domains.
Please check the class details page to view CEU details. If you are unsure whether an Oregon Care Partners class qualifies for CEUs for your license type, please check with your licensing authority for acceptable CEU requirements.
Where do I print CEU certificates?
CEU certificates for all in-person and online trainings can be printed from your Oregon Care Partners account. In the top right navigation bar under your name, select “My Dashboard” from the drop-down menu options. Find the section titled “My Completed Classes”, select “print certificate” to the right of the class details to view, download, and print your certificate.
What are the computer requirements for online classes?
Google Chrome browser is recommended for optimal performance.
Online classes contain both audio and video components – you will need speakers or headphones. Adobe Acrobat is required to take online classes. Classes DO NOT work well on mobile devices, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.
Dark Mode Reader browser extensions are not suitable for viewing online classes.
I started my online class, but did not finish. Will my work be saved?
Yes. If you need to stop a class partway through, we recommend that you close the class and log out. Your work will be saved automatically so you can pick up where you left off when you return.
How do I register for an instructor-led webinar?
Oregon Care Partners’ instructor-led webinars are hosted through a third-party webinar service called Zoom.
To register for an Oregon Care Partners instructor-led webinar:
- Login or Create an Account on Oregon Care Partners.
- Find a webinar on a topic of interest and select “View Class Details”
- Click “Register”
- To join the webinar, login to your Oregon Care Partners account and click the “Join Webinar” link next to the class title on your caregiver dashboard.

Can I view a webinar with another person or in a group and earn CEUs?
For the optimal learning experience, we encourage individuals to register for and join instructor-led webinars independently.
If you intend to have more than one person viewing a webinar from a single login and need CEUs or a certificate of completion, each person will need to have their own Oregon Care Partners account and should individually register for the webinar.
The primary contact, or person who will login to join the webinar, must contact the Oregon Care Partners Support Team in advance. They will be asked to provide account information for each viewer and receive instructions on how to complete the post-test evaluation.
After the webinar, the primary contact must provide an attestation to certify each additional viewer participated for the full duration of the webinar. To be eligible to earn CEUs, qualified attendees must participate for the full duration of the webinar and complete the post-test evaluation.
How do I register an Oregon Care Partners class presented by the Alzheimer’s Association?
Alzheimer’s Association In-Person Classes & Webinars: To register for an in-person class or webinar presented by the Alzheimer’s Association in collaboration with Oregon Care Partners, please call the Alzheimer’s Association 24/7 helpline at 1-800-272-3900.
Alzheimer’s Association Online Classes: Once you click “Register” from the Oregon Care Partners website, you will be redirected to the Alzheimer’s Association Training and Education Center. From the training page, you will create a unique login, enroll, and take the class. Certificates printed from the Alzheimer’s Association Training and Education Center are certificates of completion only. CEU certificates will be available for printing from your Oregon Care Partners “My Class Completions” in the caregiver dashboard.
Approaching Alzheimer’s Online First Responder Training: Once you click “Register” from the Oregon Care Partners website, you will be redirected to Oregon Care Partners’ Alzheimer’s Association Landing Page. From landing page, you will create a unique login, enroll, and take the class. Certificates printed from the Alzheimer’s Association landing page are certificates of completion only. CEU certificates will be available for printing from your Oregon Care Partners “My Class Completions” in the caregiver dashboard.
